Position Summary
The Vice President of Outreach will be a key player in championing our client's mission and brand, driving patient-focused addiction treatment through strategic thought leadership, public relations management, and innovative outreach campaigns. The Vice President of Outreach will manage and lead a passionate team to develop and implement data-driven outreach strategies to achieve company targets for patient admissions, census, and satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive outreach strategy aligned with the company's overall growth objectives.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for referral partner expansion.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align outreach efforts with organizational goals and objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community leaders, and other organizations in the healthcare and criminal justice ecosystem.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance visibility and network with potential partners.
Performance Analysis
- Implement view-through attribution methodologies to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Report key performance indicators (KPIs) to executive management and provide strategic recommendations for investment allocation and optimization.
Collaboration with Internal Team
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and other internal departments to ensure alignment and coordination of outreach efforts.
- Provide guidance and support to regional teams to implement effective outreach strategies at the local level.
Budget & Personnel Management
- Manage the outreach budget effectively to maximize ROI.
- Lead and develop a high-performing outreach team, including hiring and building a sales team.
Technology & Vendor Administration
- Implement outreach technologies to create opportunities and operational efficiencies.
- Oversee outreach support vendors and partners, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Foster collaborative relationships with external partners to enhance outreach efforts.
Other Duties
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by executive management.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in data-driven outreach/sales leadership position
- Extensive community outreach and direct sales experience
- Proven experience in hiring and building successful sales team
- Multi-site healthcare experience is a plus
- MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
