Cleaning Crew
Supervisor: Operations Director
Classification: Non-Exempt
Position Description: Under the direction of the Operations Director and/or Supervisor, the Cleaning Crew Member is responsible for cleaning and keeping areas sanitary and immaculate. This position is expected to display and practice a work style that reflects the mission and values of Rancho Community Church and Schools.

? Seeks to grow in that relationship with Christ through personal spiritual discipline, education, accountability and service to his Kingdom.
Professional Qualifications:
? Experience: 13 years preferred
? Education: High School diploma or GED
? Possesses a strong attention to detail
? Works efficiently
Job Specific Duties:
? Clean and sanitize all areas as assigned
? Clean all building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming
? Gather and empty trash and trash containers, as needed
? Service, clean, sanitize and supply restrooms
? Clean, polish and/or dust furniture, fixtures walls, machines and equipment
? Clean windows and mirrors
? Mix water and detergents in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications
? Steam-clean or shampoo carpets, as needed
? Strip, seal, finish and polish floors, as directed
? Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage or injury
? Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created
? Notify managers concerning the need for all repairs or additions to building operating systems
? Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning duties
? Demonstrate safe practices in the department
? Participate in Operations department projects according to the Operations schedules
? Demonstrate teamwork in the department
Other Expectations:
? Actively and collaboratively participate as a member of the Operations staff team
? Keep phone, radio, email and text communications responsive
? Focus on safety
? Take pride in quality of work
? Utilize analytical/troubleshooting skills to assist in diagnostic procedures to improve efficiency
? Demonstrate the ability to follow schedules and multi-task
? Perform all other duties as assigned
