Summary:

Senior Staff Accountant will support the ADVICS North America team Inventory, Fixed Assets and Payroll related functions

Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Oversee the reconciliation of inventory ledgers monthly, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

2. Strengthen end to end inventory processes and reporting

3. Analyze inventory for potential excess and obsolete reserves.

4. Support ADSNA Physical inventory and external audit processes, including providing necessary documentation and support.

5. Responsible for uploading the weekly and biweekly Payroll entries and tracking benefits.

6. Responsible for month end close activities, including but not limited to the following:

a) Journal entries.

b) Monthly reconciliation.

7. Maintain Fixed assets reporting and depreciation transactions, Construction In Process (CIP) additions and disposals.

8. Provides daily support for other tasks as needed and helps with the training.

9. Provides recommendations to improve current system, processes, and procedures.

Qualification Requirements:

Education and Experience:

Desired Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting with a minimum of three to five years of related experience.

Special Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficient Microsoft Excel skills required including advanced functions including pivot tables, Lookups and Macros.

- Knowledge of large-scale accounting software (preferably Oracle) is desirable.

- Must be able to work independently with limited management oversight.
