JOB TITLE/Role Purpose
Sales Enablement Specialist- Support the sales enablement function by being an excellent facilitator, excellent content creator, and sales tool expert.

Key Responsibilities
In person and online facilitation of Induction and Key Sales Programs.
Administration and operation of our Learning management system
Reporting outputs to senior leadership team
Observation and coaching of key client interactions via recordings and Face to Face to help coach and establish how the programs impact performance
Design and delivery of Sales Performance Programs including utilization of Face 2 face, online facilitation, and E-learning content in response to Gap analysis.
Design of support materials/ digital content/ video content (including editing)
Promotion of the T&D brand via a range of media
Support of the global T&D programmes
