Overview:

The Lead of Business Development will be responsible for spearheading our business development efforts, identifying new opportunities, and driving revenue growth.


This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a proven track record in business development, and a deep understanding of the E-commerce landscape.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for business expansion in the US, familiar with the trend in the local market and the structure of product, especially in the fashion/sneaker industry. To improve user relationships and user stickiness through product precipitation. Monitor and analyze US market operation indicators and analyze the market.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our client base and drive business growth.
  • Lead the business development team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Research market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts to secure profitable deals and partnerships.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and generate leads


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, with a track record of success in driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Knowledge of the E-commerce landscape and market dynamics.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.


Job Title: Business Development Lead

Pay Range: $200,000-260,000 + annual bonus
