About the Role:
In this exciting role, you'll be a key driver of our growth strategy. You'll develop and implement plans to achieve ambitious sales goals, proactively generate leads, and secure new clients across North America. Our ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, with a passion for building strong relationships and exceeding expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and cultivate leads, build strong client relationships, and drive new business.
- Analyze market trends to discover opportunities for market expansion and innovative demolition solutions aligned with our surface mining expertise and environmental focus.
- Partner with internal teams and external partners to develop strategic partnerships.
- Support deal structuring and complex negotiations with new clients.
- Manage proposal responses, ensuring timely and compelling RFP submissions.
- Utilize creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative approaches to business development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth plans.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Sheets, Word), Pipedrive CRM, and Map My Customers.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently and collaboratively.
- Commitment to safety and environmental sustainability.
