Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Service Representative at Ceramic Pro Elite San Diego. The Sales Service Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and providing excellent customer service. The representative will also assist customers with product selection, provide product knowledge, and process sales transactions. This position primarily involves selling car care products such as Ceramic Pro, Americana, PPF, and Ceramic Pro Window Film to automotive individuals over the telephone.


Duties and Responsibilities

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Utilize Spiro AI to track and follow up on leads daily, as well as report progress to management on a weekly basis. Spiro will be used to record all customer interactions from January 1, 2020, and beyond.
  • Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from Ceramic Pro Leads, trade shows, business directories, Internet websites, and other sources.
  • Handle inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales.
  • Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers.
  • Provide product demos to qualified customers on request.
  • Emphasize salable features, quote prices and credit terms, and prepare sales orders for orders obtained.
  • Estimate the date of delivery to the customer, based on knowledge of our firm's production and delivery schedules.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Prepare reports of business transactions.
  • Input new customer data and other sales data for current customers into the computer database.
  • Investigate and resolve customer problems with deliveries.
