Position Overview: As a Welder/Fabricator you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, contributing your expertise in MIG welding and flux cord techniques to fabricate high-quality asphalt machines. Your craftsmanship will directly impact the efficiency and durability of our equipment, ensuring they meet the highest standards in the industry.
Responsibilities: as a Welder/Fabricator
- Perform MIG welding and flux cord techniques to fabricate components for asphalt machines.
- Execute vertical welding with precision and proficiency.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings to ensure accurate assembly.
- Conduct 3G weld tests to maintain certification standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Consistently meet production deadlines while upholding quality standards.
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of welding equipment as needed.
Qualifications: for a Welder/Fabricator
- 5+ years of experience in welding/fabrication, with a focus on vertical welding.
- Certification in MIG welding and flux cord techniques.
- Proficient in interpreting blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Ability to pass a 3G weld test.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Team player with effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently to meet production deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production demands.
