Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a driven and high-performing Physical Therapist to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding physical therapy services to patients in our outpatient clinic.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based techniques and modalities to optimize patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care coordination.
- Educate patients on therapeutic exercises and self-management strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Minimum of 1 years of outpatient rehabilitation experience preferred but not required.
- Strong clinical skills with expertise in manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
