Critical Facility Technicians

Job Details

Need to be flexible with work hours:

Will alternate between these shifts

3 months day shift

3 month second shift

3 months night shift

Team culture is very self-directed. Initially there will be some well compensated overtime until they get the team built. With that being stated, they still very much believe in work life balance.

This role will be working and alternating schedule of 3 days one week and then 4 days the next - Lather, rinse, repeat. The schedule can include nights and weekends but as they grow the team, management will start putting together schedules better acclimated to the individual. Initially while the team is being built, the pace will be a little faster than normal but this will level out.

The hiring decision will be heavily weighted on knowledge and culture.
