LHH is working with Private Equity backed client that is rapidly growing and adding several seats to their team. We are looking for a VP of Finance to take ownership of the role, due to build outs, scaling and restructuring. You will have the opportunity to build out a team, improve and implement internal processes, etc.
-Hybrid: 3 days in DTC
-$150k-$170k + 40% Bonus
Responsibilities
- Develop benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance
- Analyze productivity drivers, identify risks and opportunities to business performance, work cross functionally to implement recommended actions
- Prepare material for board of directors and investor relation activities
- Drive Company financial model (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), including forecasting, budgeting and long-term planning
Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Infrastructure, Telecom, Construction or similar industries
- Scaling or build outs for companies over $200mm in revenue
