Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project budget and timeline to assure timely completion
- Develop and implement normal operating procedures for overall project operations
- Approve material purchases and equipment rentals not covered in the estimate
- Act as company representative in negotiations with the owners
- Approve the purchase of tools and supplies on jobsite
- Work with site supervisor to coordinate material deliveries and manage onsite safety
- Approve all contract agreements and cost of all outside repairs of equipment assigned to the site
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as Project Manager
- Commercial interiors or Tentant Improvement project experience required
- Familiarity with MS Office, Procore, or other project management tools
