We are looking for an **Assistant Restaurant Manager** who is dynamic, creative, pro-active, analytical approached, enthusiastic, innovative and has strong problem-solving skills.

Manages the assigned F&B outlets as a successful independent profit centre, in line with the outlets operating concept and Biblos standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet.

**Key Responsibilities**

Training, evaluating, leading, motivating, and coaching all employees in the outlet to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met; daily activities and planning for outlet operations.

Being visible in the operations, providing recognition, promoting good public relations, and handling complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.

Being able to describe and ensure quality of all food & beverage items, ingredients, and preparation methods, as well as provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to an attentive and distinctive experience for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Controlling labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control.

Attending regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and partnership between departments.

Attending and conducting daily staff meeting to set the daily targets.

Observing physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.

Working collaboratively and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

**Qualifications**

Minimum college (preferably Tourism-Hotel Management department) graduate, preferably universities 4-year Tourism and Hotel Management or Economics, Business, Finance, Econometrics, etc. graduated from the departments,

Proven 3 years of previous experience in a line, supervisory or assistant manager position in Food & Beverage,

Ability to prepare reports, analysis and presentations and to interpret them and take necessary actions in the field.

Excellent command of written and spoken at least one foreign language (preferably English),

Good ability to use Micros sales and order management system as well as MS Office (Excel, Word and Power Point) programs,

Able to communicate with all levels of employees,

Administrative and interpersonal skills are a must,

Team player,

Self-motivated.
