**Overview:** The grill/line cook position plays a key role in ensuring our guests receive a quality customer experience.
**Responsibilities:**
* Safety and sanitation compliance
* Daily and weekly cleaning duties
* Prepares all menu items up to standards
* Communication with rest of kitchen staff
* Completes all assigned prep work
