CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for implementing the organization's financial operations and strategic financial planning and working capital management dynamics, including cash, line of credit and acquisitions. With direct responsibility for both daily external and internal accounting functions, the CFO is essential in enhancing and streamlining accounting processes to simplify operations. This role is hands-on in devising and implementing financial strategies, conducting thorough research, analyzing accounting matters, and overseeing tax compliance. The Ideal Candidate will come from Aviation and have experience in airframe parts & MRO, PE exposure is a plus. Skillset will include significant P&L, working capital management and line of credit with a strong understanding of cash flow. This person will be a change agent with a tenacity to solve a problem and a strong ability to manage the team to clear KPIs.
