Senior Financial Analyst
Are you ready for a new opportunity in your Finance career? LHH is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a company in the Mendota Heights, MN area. This hybrid roll will partner with the VP of finance and complete month end reporting and be hands on digging in to help understand the data. The ideal candidate will be a self starter who has had some prior experience building board decks and can help instill wider monthly reporting.
Responsibilities
- Use prior expertise to develop dashboards and execute something from start to finish
- Assist with forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, KPI development
- Assistance in driving strategic initiatives
- Analyze large data sets to evaluate quality of data, identifying areas to improve data quality
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience, private equity or public
- Experience with modeling: mostly excel: Alteryx, Powerbi
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
Skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Self-Starter, someone who is experienced in Finance and ready to jump in
- Very open to new ideas and ability to cross collaborate with teams
- Someone who wants to dig in, understand the data and how to pull it together
Compensation/Benefits
- $100,000-$140,000 + bonus
