Job Summary and Responsibilities:

Summary: Dispatchers are responsible for communicating with customers, leadership, technicians and other company representatives to assist and resolve field related inquiries or problems. The dispatcher is a main point of contact and will coordinate and schedule field service repairs, appointments, etc.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

  • Manage phone lines to provide consistent availability in the dispatch call-center
  • Communicate with supervisor on issues or concerns relayed by field technicians.
  • Track and monitor technician job status within time frames and adjust workload when necessary.
  • Access and input information in the customers database and internal systems.
  • Perform pre and post calls to subscribers.
  • May prepare reports or perform other similar duties as requested.

  • At least two years of customer service is required, preferably in a call-center environment
