Looking for variety and technical challenges? We're searching for a forward-thinking Process Engineer to support a wide range of projects within the life sciences industry. This is no ordinary engineering role - you'll be the mastermind behind groundbreaking designs, a technical expert who inspires innovation, and a strategic thinker who ensures our projects meet and exceed our client's needs.

Projects variety examples:

  • Process design of ISO 7 cleanroom renovation to new biopharmaceutical viral vector process.
  • Design Aseptic vial filler installation at an existing pharmaceutical client.
  • Converting core-and-shell building into new EMA GMP rated biopharmaceutical or cell & gene facility.
  • Converting core-and-shell building into new EMA GMP rated cell and gene therapy facility.

Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:
  • Work with a talented team of project managers, process engineers and designers to support a variety of process design projects.
  • Prepare engineering studies, analysis of systems, preliminary and detailed engineering designs.
  • Develop engineering specifications and project cost estimates
  • Direct CAD designers for the preparation of construction drawings.
  • Champion innovative solutions for complex process design challenges.
  • Stay on top of emerging technologies and industry trends.

You'll be a perfect fit if you have:
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related engineering degree.
  • A minimum of four years of applicable consulting or engineering experience within life sciences/ pharmaceutical industry, utilizing construction documents for new/existing life sciences/pharmaceutical facilities.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience preparing and reviewing PFD's, P&ID's, equipment and piping specifications.
  • Familiarity with ASME B31.3 piping code.
  • Experience with pressure drop calculations.
  • Experience with sizing a variety of process equipment, including centrifugal and positive displacement pumps.
  • Professional Engineering License is preferred.
  • Experience with FDA, EMA, and other regulatory standards and requirements
  • The ability to think strategically and translate our client's business goals into engineering solutions.
