**Distribution Center Inventory Manager**
The Inventory Control Manager is responsible for all of the inventory control processes, measurements, reporting, personnel and improvement initiatives in the distribution center. This position will work collaboratively with distribution center and warehouse management system (WMS) management to meet the inventory control goals and initiatives.
The Inventory Control Manager will provide direction, guidance and judgement for new inventory control initiatives, such as WMS and operational process changes, software changes and physical layout changes; this position will also manage priorities in order to ensure business requirements are being met.
* Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience, Required
* 5 years experience in an inventory, distribution and/or finance role, Required
* Supervisory/Management experience
* Intermediate knowledge of accounting and finance
* Effective leadership skills to promote teamwork and demonstrate the ability to lead people to get results
* Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems
* Strong knowledge of distribution center operations and inventory control processes
