Position Summary: Assists Manager with the day to day operations. Directs the work of employees to ensure high quality standards of operation and compliance with Aramark, client, government and accrediting agency standards and regulations. Essential Functions: Level of Supervision Required: Work is reviewed periodically Contacts: Regular contacts, within or outside the Company to give or get information. Require courtesy, tact, and some knowledge of Company procedures. Type of Supervisory Responsiblities: Functional Supervisor Responsibilities: Assists Assists manager Tasks: Assists in maintenance of financial records Assists manager to develop and implement weekly promotions and arranges merchandise on counters to promote sales. Maintains appearance and merchandising of retail areas appropriate to assigned retail location. Manages Inventory May inventory stock in storage area(s) daily and weekly. Maintain adequate stock levels of items; determine re-order points and submit order to Purchaser and Retail Manager. Tasks: Verify accuracy of shipment; record and report discrepancies or damage of shipment and maintains invoices for unit clerk. Stocks and straightens shelves. Maintains stockroom in orderly manner

Educational Requirements:

1-3 years of experience
