Job Overview:


As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for leading and executing our overall global marketing strategy, branding, and promotional activities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement creative marketing campaigns that effectively position our brand, drive customer engagement, and generate leads. The ideal candidate possesses a strategic mindset, quick adaptability, a combination of long-term vision, and a hands-on, roll-up-the-sleeves approach.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and drives brand awareness and revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and innovative culture
  • Oversee the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, events, and public relations
  • Competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement tools, materials, and programs that support the sales process and drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and delivering optimal ROI.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives and leverage partnerships for mutual benefit.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and recommend innovative approaches to enhance the company's marketing efforts.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the construction industry (big advantage)
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that have driven business growth and increased brand visibility.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team to achieve goals and deliver results.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, content marketing, and SEO/SEM strategies.
  • Proficient in marketing analytics and using data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and improve performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and the ability to think creatively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work from our NYC office at least four times a week
