Job Responsibilities
Under limited supervision and in accordance with State and University procurement related policies, rules and regulations, administers Task Order Contracts (TOC) and administers procurement of construction contracts, and miscellaneous goods and services purchases. Processes solicitations for Construction bids up to $250,000.00.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
Bachelor's degree and 2 years of work experience that is directly related to the area of employment, or high school diploma and 6 years work experience that is directly related to the area of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of state and University policy and procedures, speci?cally procurement of construction related services, and experience related to state procurement and/or construction services contracts/administration.
Additional Comments
Pro?ciency in computer operations and working knowledge of Microsoft O?ce required. Ability to collect, compile and assemble information in a clear and concise manner; to present ideas effectively, orally and in writing; to organize and maintain data (computer and hardcopy) effectively; to establish and maintain working relationships; and to communicate effectively with department personnel and general public.
