IT System Analyst/Level 2 Help Desk
I'm currently working on a Full Time/Direct Hire System Analyst opportunity with one of my clients based out of the Fox Valley area in WI.
100% Onsite
Pay: $70,000-$85,000/yr + 10% Bonus(Company performance based)
Overview:
-Open due to retirement(30 years)
-3 to 5 YOE
-Spanish/Bilingual-nice to have
-Team of 3 onsite(IT Supervisor, this role, and Level 1 Support)(IT Hub based in Mexico City)
- Getting a new MES system (Panther). Upgrading servers (VMware) and desktops. 315 employees (users) total onsite including 75 salaried office staff.
- $50M Capital Project investment to upgrade to increase volume. Moving to MES System called Panther -Will then standardize at 2 other plants located in Mexico City.
-Moving to SAP from JDE, with customization out of corporate in Mexico SAP implementation(Moving away from JDE-Some knowledge of both would be helpful)
-85% Systems Support and 15% End User support for this role.
-3 week on-call rotation. Operation is 24x7x365, but always have onsite electrical technician that troubleshoots most IT issues. Can remote access, as well.
-Microsoft Shop. Fair amount of Cisco Products. Windows Servers-upgrading those soon. VMware. -Troubleshooting hardware locally, all software is handled via the IT hub in Mexico City(typically). -Hacked recently(still manual)- need help simplifying and instituting firewalls/cybersecurity.
-Tier II or III Helpdesk support experience is beneficial.
