Some examples of the procedures taught include performing Botox injections, using Lasers, and performing epidural injections. The training programs are conducted either through live hands-on workshops offered at hotels around the country or virtually.


Office Manager Job Responsibilities:

  • Supports company operations by maintaining sufficient supplies, addressing building issues
  • Maintains office services by, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
  • Processing shipping orders
  • Medicine inventory
  • Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Manage calendars and ensure timely completion of tasks and deadlines
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Assist with budgeting and financial management tasks
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital
  • Manage office communication systems, including phone systems and email

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Two to three years experience in an office setting manager
  • Proficient with office software


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Fort Lauderdale, FL 33306: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)


Job Type: Full-time


Salary: Range $50,000.00 - $60,000.00
