You listen to your clients and ask the right questions, which gives insight to their pain points and helps you work to find the best staffing solution for their needs. You know the difference between stubbornness and persistence, and you have plenty of the latter.
What You ll Impact at Extension
In this Account Executive role, you ll work to build and manage a portfolio of clients, offering Contract, Contract-Hire and Direct Hire staffing solutions for professional level roles. You ll be the bridge between clients and cross-functional internal delivery teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs.
What We re Looking for
- You have a proven track record of success in sales or business development; previous staffing experience a huge plus!
- You have experience in building and maintaining a book of business and can communicate effectively at all levels of an organization, including executive C-level
- You have an outgoing personality and the ability to build strong relationships with those you meet
- You are extremely self-motivated and can be independent in your work
- You meet (and crush) KPIs/goals set for you
- You have a winning, competitive spirit (who likes to lose, anyway?)
