LHH Recruitment Solutions formally Accounting Principals is currently seeking a skilled Analyst with CPG experience to join a team in Parsippany, NJ. We are looking for a motivated individual with experience in analysis work, particularly in the CPG sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financials and at least 3-5 years of solid experience in the field.
Role: Contract | Hybrid
Pay Rate: $40.00 plus pending experience
Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis work related to various aspects of the CPG industry.
- Utilize financial data to provide insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making processes.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes.
- Assist in the development of strategies to optimize performance and drive growth.
- Prepare and present reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in analysis work, preferably in the CPG industry.
- Strong understanding of financials and financial analysis techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
