This is a unique one. Ideal candidate could fill BOTH jobs at 100% capacity and would be local to DC willing to come onsite in a hybrid manner (~3 days per week). We could also fill the roles separately at 50% (20 hours per week) per role and primarily remotely - that is definitely trickier and not the preference.
This will start out as a 12 month contract but it's a 5 year contract so no reason we can't sell it as a 5 year job. This is with ARPA-H supporting the DOC team. US Citizenship is required for these roles and Public Trust varies greatly. The average recently has been 4-6 weeks but I'd prefer we sell worst case scenario of 8 weeks.
This falls under our SME I or II LCAT.
SME I ($120/hr) - 10 years + PhD in Chemistry, Bioanalytical Chemistry, or Biomedical Engineering
SME II ($125/hr) - 15 years + PhD in Chemistry, Bioanalytical Chemistry, or Biomedical Engineering
This role is 100% remote.
