* Responsibilities
-Answer inbound phone calls and emails
-Schedule estimates
-Assist management team with production, scheduling, and projects
-Perform all other administrative tasks
* Qualifications
-Previous experience in office administration or customer service
-Proficient in word, excel and outlook
-Organizational skills
-Ability to multi-task
