Job duties include and may not be limited to:
- Client Relationship Builder: Cultivate and nurture strong connections with both business and individual clients, becoming one of their go-to experts for all things benefits-related.
- Renewal Coordinator: Take charge of planning and managing the renewal process, ensuring clients get the best value year after year.
- Proactive Communicator: Stay ahead of the game with timely follow-ups to clients and benefits consultants, showcasing your dedication to top-notch service.
- Sales Facilitator: Gather essential information from prospects and clients to kickstart the sales process for individual and group quotes.
- Data Specialist: Keep our client database up-to-date, ensuring smooth operations and easy access to information.
- Problem Solver: Dive into researching and resolving claims, billing, and membership issues, making sure clients feel supported every step of the way.
- Customer Service Expert: Handle a high volume of emails and phone calls with great customer service, leaving clients impressed and satisfied.
- Project Manager: Tackle special projects with enthusiasm, showcasing your versatility and commitment to excellence.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to convey information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Demonstrates the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Skilled in using Excel, Outlook, Word and other Office applications to streamline tasks and improve productivity.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: $70K - $80K base salary, plus bonus opportunities based on performance & commission opportunities if individual obtains license to sell.
