This firm is renowned for their work on interior projects, primarily on the commercial side, with projects covering corporate, retail and healthcare.
Your new role
Our client requires a Superintendent who can ensure that projects are completed within the allotted timeline, budget, and to the utmost satisfaction of our clients. We equip our superintendents with comprehensive support and resources, enabling them to thrive in their roles and guarantee that every project meets the highest quality standards. The Superintendent will oversee and manage the on-site workforce, including subcontractors, laborers, and skilled tradespeople. Experience leading projects for big flagship retail stores is required.
What you'll need to succeed
- The ideal candidate should have 10+ of experience working as a Superintendent, preferably in the field of interior commercial general contracting.
- Experience leading a project for a flagship retail store is a MUST.
- They must have a demonstrated track record of successfully managing intricate projects within occupied spaces.
- The ability to coordinate and oversee multiple fast-paced projects concurrently is essential.
- Proficiency in interpreting commercial construction plans and specifications is a requirement.
- DOB License
- 10 hours OSHA
- 4 hours Supported Scaffold
