INVESTMENT BANKING ANALYST: FINANCE & TECHNOLOGY (INSURANCE / CAPITAL MARKETS)

We are currently seeking an experienced Investment Banking Analyst with an immediate start. The role provides an unparallel opportunity to work as part of a nimble and highly experienced deal team on executing M&A and strategic advisory mandates. The Analyst will work closely with senior bankers to create a deep impact on our clients businesses through involvement in all facets of investment banking activities in the space.

Evolve is seeking an energetic, analytically-minded, and detail-oriented individual to drive forward the execution of M&A and capital raise transactions across the industry. Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with live transaction deliverables including CIM, transaction model, and valuation analysis.
- Coordinate and support transaction marketing campaigns and due diligence tasks
- Research industry trends and draft research reports for circulation with our client and relationship base.
- Work with senior bankers in qualifying potential targets for buy-side acquisitions.
- Assist with relationship management through contact discovery, information maintenance, and outreach campaigns.
- Complete ad-hoc tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates should have strong analytical skills, clear and concise business writing, and a superior work ethic. Other qualifications include:
- One to three years of experience in investment banking.
- Bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university with relevant coursework or a major in a business-related field.
- Outstanding academic achievement minimum GPA of 3.5 out of 4.0 and strong test scores.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with good attention to details.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly motivated, team player with an ability to learn and work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Passing of FINRA SIE, Series 63, and Series 79 exams within six months of employment.
- International candidates with proper work authorization by start date of program will be considered.
