**Concrete Laborer - The Fort Miller Co., Inc.**

* Set up wooden and steel forms, often using carpentry skills and basic hand and power tools.
* Pour and finish concrete.
* Strip forms and prepare concrete products for shipment, which may involve sealing, patching, etc.
* Perform basic material handling, loading product onto trailers with an overhead crane, moving steel with a forklift, etc.
* General housekeeping such as sweeping, cleaning and putting away tools.
Qualifications of our Concrete Laborers include the ability to:
* Perform heavy physical labor.
* Safely lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
* Understand common measurements of length.
* Access equipment at various levels by reaching or climbing a ladder, bend over, walk, kneel and stand for extended periods of time.
* Work independently as well as part of a team.
* Work a flexible schedule, including overtime and Saturdays on occasion.
* Must be at least 18 years of age.
