As the Property Manager, you help supervise and oversee the day-to-day operations of the community. In this position, you are responsible for the overall well-being and productivity of the community, office, and maintenance teams. Responsibilities: Coordinate the community s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies Plan yearly budget, pay invoices, and complete monthly reports Ensure sales and maintenance teams meet their necessary goals Post rent and follow the eviction and move-out processes Achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals Hires, terminates, supervises, coaches, and conducts disciplinary actions as needed Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local housing regulations Qualifications: At least 2 years of property management experience Strong marketing and sales skills Property management software knowledge (Yardi, OneSite, BlueMoon, or other related program) Strong work ethic with reliability and dependability Enjoy working with others and taking initiative Maintain a friendly and customer service-oriented approach to co-workers, vendors, and customers Compensation: $20 - $23 hourly
