We have an exciting Plant Manager opportunity available at our International Manufacturer Client located in the Syracuse, NY area.
This opportunity provides an excellent career path to become a Director / Vice President.

Duties:
- Provide hands on direction and management for two manufacturing facilities
- Coordinate plant activities through planning with department managers
- Set up and approve production schedules
- Oversee the flow of materials and utilization of labor
- Establish and monitor overall plant performance for production and quality standards
- Engage and develop staff into a high performing team
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Operations, Engineering, or related
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Knowledgeable in Manufacturing Production, Assembly, and Warehouse Operations
