Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Admissions Representative. As an Admissions Representative, you will assist prospective students with the application process, provide information about programs and admissions requirements, conduct campus tours, and assist with enrollment. You will also be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, answering inquiries, and helping with marketing and recruitment efforts.

Qualifications

Interpersonal skills, communication skills, and customer service skills
Sales experience and the ability to effectively communicate program offerings
Training experience and the ability to conduct campus tours
Experience in an educational setting or admissions department is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proactive and self-motivated attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
English and Spanish speakers are preferential but not mandatory.

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include knowledge of higher education admissions processes, familiarity with financial aid options, and multilingual abilities.
