$7 - $9/hr. + Tips!
As a Host, you ll be the embodiment of our restaurant's atmosphere. Guiding guests through an exceptional dining journey, you'll offer insights and recommendations, ensuring each guest feels at ease. You ll help create connections, and channel the energy into personalized and memorable experiences.
Desired Qualifications:
Wine-Savvy Host Preferred: Candidates with wine knowledge and retail experience are preferred for this host position. Candidates with a willingness to learn will also be considered.
Guest-Focused Attitude: Demonstrates exceptional guest-centric skills, delivering attentive and personalized service and prioritizing the overall guest experience. Previous experience in full-service hospitality is preferred.
Attention to Detail: Demonstrates a sharp focus on details in table setup, restaurant presentation, and to-go order accuracy; upholding the restaurant's commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Effective Communication: Possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills, performing calmly and effectively when engaging with guests and team members to ensure a smooth and seamless experience.
Collaborative Spirit: Cultivates and fosters teamwork and a positive collaborative work environment for seamless coordination among all departments.
