A high-volume, from scratch restaurant focused on great food, great service, and a great place for their employees to work. Restaurant Manager Job Duties:

  • Daily operations of this high-volume, from scratch restaurant.
  • and develop staff to ensure the highest level of guest service is delivered.
  • the Restaurant General Manager as needed.
  • the Bar Program this includes drink creation, product selection, training, and ordering.

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

  • have 3 years of restaurant management experience full-service / high volume restaurants preferred.
  • candidates will have a strong knowledge of food, wine / bar, and guest service.
  • track record of leading a team.
  • more than 3 jobs in five years.
  • school diploma.
  • upbeat, go-getter personality.
  • with opening restaurants previously is a plus.
