Baceline Group is the largest owner and operator of necessity-based Neighborhood Shopping Centers across the United States. We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Corporate Operations team. With a strong emphasis on supporting our small business tenants in our growing portfolio, this position will report to Baceline's VP, Tenant Resources & Sustainability.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, a keen eye for design, and a strong understanding of basic marketing strategies. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Small Business Champion: Developing tenant resources, enhancing tenant communication, tracking program effectiveness, and promoting landlord brand awareness
- Website Design & Maintenance: Developing and maintaining company website(s) to ensure an up-to-date, dynamic, integrated, user-friendly experience for all Baceline Group audiences
- Social Media & Email Marketing: Creating engaging content for social media platforms and email campaigns to promote Baceline brand awareness, attract new business, and retain existing clientele
- Graphic Design: Producing high-quality graphics and visual assets for all digital platforms and marketing initiatives
- Photography & Videography: Capturing and editing compelling visual content through photography and videography to support marketing campaigns and corporate events
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
- 4-7 years of digital marketing experience or similar experience
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Suite
- Experience integrating digital content across various channels/platforms (website, email, social media, etc.) and basic HTML understanding
- Experience with Mailchimp (or similar email marketing software) and Salesforce (or other CRM) preferred but not required
- Strong copywriting skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
- Creative, results-oriented, collaborative, and an ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
Salary Range
$60,000-$75,000/year depending on experience
