Responsibilities

Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction in all vehicle transactions in an effort to boost customer retention and referrals
Monitor progress to forecasted sales quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to maintain profitability
Keep an accurate record of existing and prospective customers within the CRM platform to effectively guide sales processes
Coach sales staff on best practices for improving performance, conducting effective follow-up, closing deals, and meeting and exceeding sales goals
Oversee all day-to-day activities within the automotive dealership with a focus on high employee and customer morale

Qualifications

Requires expert working knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations on auto sales and the automotive industry, overall
Minimum of one year of experience as a sales manager and at least five in a car sales position is needed
Exemplary leadership, organizational, financial, computer proficiency, sales process and management, and interpersonal communications skills are necessary
Valid driver's license is needed
Exceptionally qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree or some college - a high school diploma or GED is required
