**Inside Sales Representative**

We are looking for talented and competitive candidates for our inside sales representative position.
Our inside sales representatives are responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.
Schedule is Monday-Fridays with all major holidays off. Daily cash bonuses, fun work environment, company outings

We do this by providing lead generation and verification of those leads. We have grown to a team of 30+ dedicated professionals and are looking to expand our team.
**Responsibilities**
* Create new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and inbound lead follow-up
* Understand customer needs and requirements
* Close sales and achieve daily, weekly and monthly quotas
**Requirements**
* Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred but not required.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* Strong listening and sales skills.
* Ability to achieve targets.
