Pinnacle Catering is expanding our team and searching for a catering chef to work on an array of catering events, including weddings, corporate dinners, and on- and offsite events in the Southeastern Minnesota area. Responsibilities: Oversee food production, preparation, quality and presentation Recruit, train, schedule and supervise kitchen staff Order supplies and stock inventory as needed Work with sales staff on timeline of dinner services and each client s specific needs Maintain a safe, clean and sanitized work environment Qualifications: Strong leadership skills with a focus on operational support Excellent verbal communication Experience in team leadership, food production and quality food operations Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 annual salary, based on experience, including benefits Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: No
