**LOCATION:** Menomonee Falls, WI **Summary:** Account Manager and Customer Service role available with a manufacturing company in Menomonee Falls, WI.. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service or inside sales background with knowledge in a CRM system. This is a full time opportunity on a direct hire basis.
* $50K base salary to start

**Responsibilities** **:**
* Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with customers and potential customers.
* Respond to customer inquires, quote requests and complaints via phone and email.
* Enter order data into SAP and other systems to create and maintain product line database.
* Provide inside and outside sales support
* Ensure shipping and lead times for manufacturing materials from outside suppliers and inter-company partners.
* Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications:**
* Strong background in Customer Service, Account Management or Inside sales within a manufacturing setting
* Experience working within a CRM system such as SAP
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Other skills apply: Account Manager, Inside Sales, Outside Sales.
