Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Retail Leasing Broker located in Indianapolis, IN. As a Retail Leasing Broker, you will be responsible for managing lease arrangements for retail properties. This includes identifying and securing potential tenants, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring tenant satisfaction. You will also collaborate with property owners, developers, and other stakeholders to maximize occupancy and revenue. This position should be treated as one that is complementary to a broker s current book of business as a Landlord rep and or Tenant rep and is looking for an opportunity to grow. KennMar will provide a draw, if necessary, and also provide benefits. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the commercial real estate market
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with tenants, property owners, and developers
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in retail leasing or commercial real estate is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or related field
