**Job Description**
**Essential Functions:**
* Quickly and efficiently Dismantling (tearing down) and / or Processing (sorting) end of life electronics
* Must be able to be on your feet for long periods of time
* Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds individually and more than 50 pounds with a Team Lift (2-person lift)
* Must be able to work in a HOT environment in the Summer and a COLD environment in the Winter
* Must be able to Dismantle / Sort through old, dirty, dusty items (you may encounter insects / rodents)
* Strong decision making / Attention to detail
* Strong manual dexterity
* Must be proficient in basic math
**Experience, Education, and Skills that could help**
* Experience working in manufacturing preferred
* Experience working at a production pace required
* Experience working in a warehouse preferred
* Experience using hand tools and power drills preferred
* Knowledge of precious metals preferred
* Knowledge of electronics value preferred
* Forklift experience a plus
* Ability to calculate a cost benefit analysis a plus
**Must be able to work Monday Friday from 8am to 5pm with occasional overtime on Saturdays.**
