Responsibilities
* Responsible for daily balance of Parts Wholesale and Carquest stores.
* Responsible to ensure all invoices created are accounted for properly.
* Responsible to ensure all checks/credit cards are processed correctly.
* Running credit cards for Wholesale Accounts when paying an invoice.
* Talking to wholesale customers regarding credits on returns.
* Process customer returns promptly and accurately.
* Working with Corporate Business Office regarding all financial transactions involving parts wholesale business.
* Problem solving invoice discrepancies, returns issues and Credits.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a Parts Department preferred
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Strong communication skills
* Prompt and courteous demeanor
* Positive and hardworking personality
* Eagerness to improve
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record
* Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
