The Axel Group is looking for a logistics coordinator to join our clients team out of Passaic County. The Ideal candidate has experience as a pivotal player in ensuring the efficient movement of goods through the supply chain! Responsibilities
- Full customer care scope of activities (including Order Entry)
- Responsible for retail relationships including online and contact with buyers
- Co-management of demand planning and in-bound logistic flows from Italy
- Liaise with colleagues in Italy with regards to shipments and document control
- Maintain relationships with North American warehouses, managing stock levels and out-bound deliveries to US customers (mainly retail sector) with full compliance with company and legislative requirements.
- Ensuring all internal and external enquiries are answered, recorded and responded to in a timely manner, resolving any issues.
- Liaising across internal departments to ensure orders are processed, deliveries are made, and queries are resolved.
- Processing purchase orders and in line with standard procedures
Requirements
- High school degree
- Excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken
- Knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Great at building relationships and excellent team working skills
- High energy & drive
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to problem-solve with a pragmatic attitude.
- Foodie passion
- Previous experience of working in a customer service environment
