ABOUT YOU: As a Staff Accountant, your role is pivotal in shaping the financial landscape of our organization. Collaborating closely with the Director of Corporate Accounting, you will contribute to day-to-day accounting activities, month-end close processes, account reconciliations, accruals, audit readiness, and various finance improvement projects.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor service level agreements with legal entities for accurate processing of accounting documents.
- Develop and implement accounting goals, policies, and procedures for the department.
- Assist in financial statement disclosures and compliance with audit programs.
- Facilitate monthly and yearly accounting period closings to ensure accurate results.
- Foster team development for optimal productivity.
- Direct compilation and issuance of accounting statistics and reports.
- Assist in streamlining accounting operations processes.
