Senior Manager/Director of Project Development - Off-Grid, Green Hydrogen - Greenfield

As the Senior Manager/Director of Project Development, you will play a key role in shaping the future of energy access, leading the development and execution of transformative projects in off-grid communities. Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, you will be responsible for driving project strategy, managing project lifecycles, and fostering strategic partnerships to accelerate growth and impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to expand the company's presence in off-grid markets, driving revenue growth and market penetration.
- Lead the end-to-end project development process, from opportunity identification and feasibility assessment to project execution and delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives, timelines, and resources.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a multidisciplinary team of project managers, engineers, and analysts, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and KPIs, ensuring adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, financing institutions, and community leaders, to support project development and implementation.
- Stay abreast of market trends, technological advancements, and regulatory developments in the off-grid sector, providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
