**We are looking for** As of now **Location** **About Rchling Industrial North America:** Rchling is a family-owned, medium-sized corporate group that specializes in processing engineering plastics. Our Industrial Division offers a large selection of thermoplastics and composites for technical applications. We supply our products in the form of semi-finished products such as sheets, rods, tubes, flat bars, profiles and finished castings.

**Summary:** In this position you will lead our Business Development of Electronics/Semiconductor and Aerospace. Identify, develop and secure new business through marketing activities in coordination with overall company goals and objectives

**Location:** Ability to work remote in the USA.

**Business Development Manager (Electronics/Semiconductor/Aerospace)**

Duties and responsibilities:

* Maintain current and prospective market information for Electronics/Semiconductor and Aerospace.

* Research Product Applications for OEMs and End Users to identify new business opportunities.

* Travel regularly with direct contact to identify/develop prospects and grow the Rchling presence within Electronics/Semiconductor and Aerospace.

* Support the sales department and territory managers with product development and technical support via phone, email and joint calls.

* Participate in applicable trade shows, web seminars and other industry-related events.

* Inform and educate existing customers and new business prospects of product offerings, capabilities and new applications.

* In coordination with territory managers, support distribution partners in generating new business via joint field activities.

**MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:** Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic math, algebra and geometry.

**CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:** Valid Drivers License.

**OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:** Ability to operate desktop PC, related software, printer, copier, telephone, and fax. The ability to validate logistics data. The ability to use computers and computer applications to obtain information, analyze, graph and chart information and present the information in a precise, organized manner.

**REASONING ABILITY:** Ability to define problems, problem solve, collect data, establish facts, and make valid conclusions. Ability to interpret production reports, validate production reports and when required develop summary production reports.

This individual will be required occasionally to stand, kneel, bend or stoop.

The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.

**WORK ENVIRONMENT:** The work environment varies for this position. On any given day, the employee may go from an office environment to a heavy industrial environment. Therefore, the employee must be able to adapt to high heat, increased noise level, and be adjacent to moving mechanical equipment from an office environment on a daily basis.
