We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solution Architect to join our Customer Support team. As a Solution Architect focused on customer support, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of our Lamini solutions for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a deep commitment to customer satisfaction.
About the role:
- Technical Support and Consultation:
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise clients, providing guidance on the implementation, configuration, and optimization of our Lamini platform.
- Provide proactive support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve complex technical issues and ensure smooth operation of our solutions.
- Solution Design and Architecture:
- Lead the design and architecture of customized solutions that leverage our Lamini platform to meet the specific needs of enterprise clients.
- Develop comprehensive solution architectures, including system diagrams, specifications, and implementation plans, in collaboration with internal teams and customer stakeholders.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of solution architectures to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Knowledge Transfer and Training:
- Deliver training sessions and workshops to customer teams, empowering them to effectively utilize and maximize the value of our Lamini platform.
- Develop educational materials, documentation, and best practices guides to support ongoing customer learning and enablement.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within enterprise client organizations, including technical teams, project managers, and executive leadership.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries, escalations, and relationship management, ensuring a positive customer experience at all touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, with a focus on delivering technology solutions to enterprise clients.
- Deep understanding of natural language processing (NLP) technologies and experience working with Large Language Models is highly desirable.
- Strong technical proficiency in cloud computing, distributed systems, APIs, and enterprise software architecture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and engagements, as needed.
